Welcome to LocalTuneUp. throughout this website, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zahra Technologies. LocalTuneUp offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms stated here.

1. Description of Service

LocalTuneUp provides a hybrid "Software + Service" solution for Local SEO.

  • The Software: Includes AI-generated content, review management tools, and rank tracking.
  • The Service: Includes human support for verification guidance and account strategy.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify the software features at any time to improve performance.

2. User Obligations

To use our service effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide Access: Grant "Manager" access to your Google Business Profile so our team/software can publish updates.
  • Accuracy: Provide true and accurate information about your business (Name, Address, Phone).
  • Compliance: You agree NOT to use our service for prohibited categories (e.g., gambling, adult content, illegal goods) or to publish fake reviews.
  • Consequence: If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without refund.

3. Dependency on Third Parties (Google)

You acknowledge that LocalTuneUp operates on third-party platforms (specifically Google Business Profile).

  • No Control: We do not own or control Google. We cannot force Google to verify a listing, remove a negative review, or rank a profile #1.
  • Algorithm Changes: Google frequently updates its algorithms. LocalTuneUp is not liable for fluctuations in your ranking or traffic caused by these external updates.
  • Suspensions: If Google suspends your listing due to their internal policy updates, LocalTuneUp is not liable for any loss of revenue or business reputation.

4. Payments & Renewals

  • Subscriptions: Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may pause your service (optimization and posting) until the balance is cleared.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LocalTuneUp (and its founders/employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit/data) resulting from the use of our service.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall strictly be limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of your business photos and data.
  • Our Technology: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the LocalTuneUp software code or interface.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
