Top-3 Map Pack captures ~44% of clicks (Backlinko 2024), while positions 4-10 capture ~8%. Visit rate: 76% within 24 hours (Google). Purchase rate: 20% (conservative, from Google’s 28% benchmark). A realism factor of 0.40 is applied.

Component 2 — Conversion Loss:

Conversion drag is based on your current rating vs. an optimized 4.5★ profile. Research shows each star improvement drives a 5-9% revenue lift (Harvard Business School). Profiles with photos get 35-42% more engagement (Google). We use conservative coefficients: 30% drag for sub-3.5★ ratings down to 3% for 4.5★+ profiles.

Multi-location amplification: Chains with 3+ locations get a 1.15× multiplier reflecting the brand-prominence advantage in local search (multi-location brands hold 33.4% of competitive Map Pack slots — SOCi 2024).

Caps: Single-location Tier 1 capped at ₹3,00,000/month, Tier 3 at ₹1,00,000/month. Floor: ₹15,000/month. These ensure credible, defensible outputs.
